The Western Massachusetts Witches’ Ball is a formal event. The theme is “conjure your future” knee length dresses are permitted only as part of masquerade attire; otherwise, dresses must be tea or floor length. Those who choose not to dress in costume or creative black tie are expected to dress in formal attire. The dress code is STRICTLY ENFORCED (there will be no refunds for patrons who are not let in for failure to adhere to dress code) Please do keep in mind that there will be many people in attendance be mindful when constructing your costumes (eg: If you wish to be dressed as a house because that is what you are invoking please keep costumes no more than 14” out from your body to allow for movement of all)

By purchasing a ticket to the 2017 Western Massachusetts Witches' Ball, you (which means you and all persons in your group for whom you have purchased tickets) understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
REFUND POLICY: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. This is a rain-or-(moon)shine event and no refunds, credits or transfers will be issued.
ENTRY 21+ ONLY: Ticket holders must be 21+ with a valid Government-issued ID that will be verified by us during check-in, no exceptions. If you are not at least 21 years old, you will not be admitted, and no refund will be given.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY: You may be photographed or filmed/recorded, either by other attendees or by the Western Massachusetts Witches' Ball (WMWB) or any of our designated affiliates. All images and video/audio captured by the WMWBor a designated affiliate are the exclusive property of the WMWB or designated affiliate and may be used in perpetuity for promotional or other purposes.
